We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor Credential Verification Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credential verification processes and a proven ability to manage and supervise a team of verification specialists.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of credential verification specialists
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for credential verification
- Review and approve credential verification reports
- Conduct quality control audits on credential verification processes
- Train and develop credential verification specialists
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with credentialing requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
Qualifications
- 3 years Credentialist experience.
- High School Graduate.
- Associates Degree in business or health care preferred.
- Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred.
- Certified Professional in Medical Services Management (CPMSM) preferred.
- LA City Fire Card required. CT FireSaf (Obtain within 90 days of hire.)
